Ordering

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collection and select the item you wish to purchase. Choose your preferred size, color, and quantity, then click ‘Add to Cart’. When you’re ready to check out, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the page and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options. You can select your preferred method at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace link. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.

What are the shipping costs?

Good news! We offer free shipping on all orders within our standard delivery zones. No hidden fees or extra charges—just straightforward, complimentary delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our average delivery time is between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the items ordered. If you place your order before 3pm on a business day, we’ll usually process it the same day.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately, so changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ZOVA.co.nz, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support team at info@ZOVA.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll help you with the return or exchange process and make things right.

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

How do I return an item?

To return an item, contact us at info@ZOVA.co.nz to initiate the return process. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send back your items. Once we receive the return, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 14 days at info@ZOVA.co.nz. We’ll work with the courier to investigate the issue. However, please note that ZOVA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
